In our audience we’ve had students, OAP’s, a French actor and mime artist, a policeman, a fireman and an paramedic. We’ve had architects, animator of film effects and someone in a cover band of T. Rex. We have had a welly boot tester, a cup cake decorator and a biscuit consistancy and quality assurance tester. We’ve had a drag queen, a lesbian (in fact several!!!) and even a transgender and long may they enjoy our full spectrum of comedians.

We’ve had double acts, sketch troupes, starters, comedy virgins and people playing their last gig. We’ve had Shazia Mirzah, Phil Kaye and Zoe Lyons, and Brian Gittins several times just coz he’s freaking funny.

We’ve had jokes about men, women, dogs, cats, macs, rectal collapse, baps, taps and even a pair of spats. We’ve had jugglers, muggers, even a randy bugger. We’ve been praised, amazed and once almost set ablaze.

The whole of humanity comes to Guildford Gag Factory and we welcome them with open arms and say long may the mayhem continue.

So come on down we even have lovely nice middle class people just wanting to let their hair down after work, or before bed, or at anypoint in between.

We’d love to see you, Guildford has a rich tradition of entertainment, lesuire time and shopping. So maybe you can do one before the other and then come along to The Star Inn on a second wednesday of a month and laugh until you cry!
